Food lead pub/restaurant servig all fresh food!!! Traditional English cuisine. 65 cover restaurant situated 2 miles from Cambridge City Centre.
Role
To assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of this fantastic fresh food restaurant, to manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Menu planning, ordering, mentoring junior members of the team.
Skills
