Job Description
This is an exciting job role to join a well established industry leading recruitment consultant in a thriving and successful branch within Manpower. The role will be:
To motivate and lead a team of temporary and permanent consultants within the branch
To achieve year end targets: daily, weekly and monthly targets
Exceed budgets
To hold daily, weekly and monthly reviews with staff * * Business development within the Cambridge and Peterborough area
Work alongside other divisions to cross sell areas of the business
To create a business plan to increase profitability in the branch
Maintain and develop existing business as well as winning new business
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a sound business knowledge and knowledge of the recruitment industry. You will be a leader and lead by example as well as be a string sales person and have a proven track record in business development.
Strong sales background ideally from within the recruitment industry. You will ideally have knowledge of both the temporary and permanent side of the business but if not from the recruitment industry you will have a proven background in team management, budget control, financial analysis and business development.
