Job Description
A welfare to work organisation, the role is to generate employment opportunities for the customers, whilst actively promoting the services for the company to a wide range of stakeholders across a defined area.
You will need to have strong sales skills and be target driven. The successful candidate will be self motivated with a passion to succeed.
Proven experience gained from within a sales environment, preferably recruitment although this is not essential. An understanding and interest of the local labour market in order to provide knowledgeable advice. Negotiation skills and the ability to flex your style of communication when dealing with a wide variety of different people and situations. Self-motivation, a friendly competitive drive and the flexibility to travel when required. IT literacy, specifically experience of using all MS office packages.
