Job Description
Working for a welfare to work organisation you will be working alongside the Cambridge team. You will be delivering aftercare to all candidates placed in employment. You will ensure all clients and candidates receive regular contact and clients will need regular visits to identify any potential problems that may arise. Building strong relationships with the clients is also key to this position to encourage repeat business. There will be travelling in and around the Cambridge area so own transport is required.
The successful candidate will be providing essential care to candidates as well as relationship building with clients so strong interpersonal skills are essential in this position. You will be working as part of a team but will also be working out of the office so self motivation would be an advantage.
For this position you will
Have good attention to detail skills.
Have a proactive attitude.
Have experience in customer service roles preferably with problem solving experience.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
