Customer Service Advisor - Insurance - FTSE100 Company
A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
This position is based in the heart of St.Ives with transport links, onsite parking and local amenities.
This role will offer an exciting opportunity to get involved with a number of activities integral to the success of the business.
You will;
* Provide quotations to new and existing clients on the various insurance products that we offer .
* Present the price
* Convert quotations to new or additional business
* Take payments
* Deal with queries/requests for amendments to existing policies and to issue all relevant documentation
* Customer retention
* Deal with Claims
Can you provide world class customer service?
