Following the internal promotion of the current post holder, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced manager to take the Academy forward to outstanding.

This is an excellent time to join the college as the Academy is re-locating into a state of the art new build at the Science Park campus in Cambridge which will take the hair and beauty facilities to a whole new level, including the introduction of a leading brand commercial salon.

You will be responsible for leading and managing activities associated with growth and excellence in learner success and provide leadership and effective operational management of staff, curriculum and resources. You will be an outstanding professional with substantial experience of FE management in both Hair and Beauty areas, hold a relevant degree, a teaching qualification and have relevant experience of managing people and resources as well as the ability to lead a team.
