The Role;
To assist the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of this fast paced fresh food, rosette standard operation. Organising rotas, training files and serving guests to a very high standard.
Successful Candidates;
Must to have previous experience within a Rosette envrionment and working within a fast paced operation, a good knowledge of food, supervisory/management experience preferred.
Salary; £16/18,000 + tips (£2,000) and Bonus after 3 months
