- Full Description:
Our clients are seeking an experienced embedded systems and software engineer with significant medical product development experience. You will be expected to work in multidisciplinary project teams of scientists and engineers, contributing at all stages of medical device development, including prototype system and device creation through to manufacturing support. You will also support medical device development projects with embedded systems and software, integrate the latest sensor and actuator technologies with software-driven platforms, deliver systems, code and documentation to regulatory standards & present work to clients and stakeholders. For this role, you will have a 1st or 2.1 class degree in physical sciences/engineering, preferably with post graduate qualifications, have experience of developing embedded systems, broad knowledge of embedded systems and software & strong C/C++ coding skills. You should also have experience of new sensor and actuator technologies, Matlab based system modelling & with UML specification and design & RTOS.
